In this workshop you will learn developmentally appropriate ways of working with children of primary school age, including Mindfulness and other activities, in the outdoors. We will explore what we mean by children’s mental health, and put it in the context of their developmental process. Children’s behaviour will be presented in the same light, as an expression of their developmental, mental health and wellbeing needs.

Course Tutors: Robert & Sebastiana Black

This Workshop is suitable for anyone working with pre-adolescents wanting to support their mental health and wellbeing through mindfulness in nature. This is suitable for beginners of mindfulness practice and those who want to develop their practice using the outdoors.
