During the day you will be shown how to inspire, improvise and ‘listen’ using a variety of techniques that will help you to easily integrate rhythm and song within your sessions. Using the sounds within nature, learn to deeply listen with your whole body, and truly ‘feel’ sound.

The session will not be structured or prescriptive, but rather celebrate improvisation and being in the moment. We will show you just how easy it can be to make your own instruments using natural materials and experience for yourselves just how accessible sound and rhythm can be...
