Event description: Our Level 3 Certificate in Forest School First Aid is a 16-hour qualification delivered over 2 days. It is specifically designed for forest school practitioners and meets the requirements of the HSE, Forest School training providers, and many outdoor national governing body awards. It blends paediatric first aid course and outdoor first aid course to ensure that the candidate can deal with a wide variety of incidents. Upon successful completion, the candidate will be presented with a Level 3 Certificate in Forest School First Aid (RFQ).
The course will be delivered within the Forest School Site at West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village. Each day will begin at 10 am. You will need change for the car park (£2 per day), unless you are an annual heritage ticket holder for West Stow. The reception at West Stow will have a list of names of participants, so please check in upon arrival.
There is access to a toilet immediately next to the site (accessible), and there are further toilets next to the car park and in the cafe. The cafe is immediately next to the visitor\'s centre if you would like to purchase your lunch, otherwise, you may bring a packed lunch with you. Food and drink must only be eaten within the Forest School site or outside of the Anglo-Saxon Village.
