Person specification :
- Forest School Leader trained and/ or Montessori Level 4 trained.
- Some experience of leading Forest School.
- Lesson planning skills.
- Risk assessment skills.
- Good communication skills – with adults and children.
- Willing and able to work in a cohesive team.
- Love of children and passion for the natural environment.
- Enthusiasm and joy of learning and teaching.
