Salary:: Early years competitive £10.80 ~ £12.50 /hr depending on experience and qualification level
St. Michaels Community Nursery is a friendly, rural, creative setting. We have chickens, a fabulous garden area and both on and off-site Forest School provision. We use Tapestry online learning journals to help us capture children’s experiences as well as monitor their development and learning.
We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner or current deputy manager, who would like further their career and have the opportunity to lead in our forest school. Candidates should have a robust knowledge of how children learn and be seeking a role where they can support their colleagues to deliver an exceptional early years experience within the nursery and Forest School. Minimum requirement of Level 3 relevant qualification. We would welcome, and be willing to mentor, applicants who are studying further. Hours of working can be flexible for the right candidate.
