Position being advertised (Job title): Forest School Leader for private Nursery, 3 mornings a week

Location (where is this job based?): Central Henley-On-Thames, Oxfordshire

Job description: Mill Meadows Nursery is located in Central Henley close to beautiful fields and woodlands.

We have a position available for a qualified Forest school leader to lead a Forest school group with support from qualified nursery workers.
The age ranges of the children will vary and sessions will be required to be tailored to their age and ability.

You will be required on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning from 9am until 12pm – term time only. There may also be an option to work during half terms, running sessions on an adhoc basis.

You must demonstrate a passion for providing the highest standards in quality childcare, strong communication skills and have a caring and committed attitude. As an outdoor educator you should also have a strong passion for the outdoors and preserving our local green land.

An overlap time with our current forest school leader (who is sadly moving to wales) is desirable. She can then talk you through our current processes and equipment and give you any information or support necessary.

Highly competitive salary for the right candidate, dependant upon qualifications and experience, starting at £8 ph.

Person specification : Qualified as a forest school leader (course can be on going if you have been certified in your practical modules) , extensive experience not necessary.
