Job Description: This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of the Farm’s successful Youth programme, working with children and young people aged 5 – 25. Our youth programme offers activities which aim to improve the physical health, life skills, happiness and well-being of local young people, raising aspirations and instilling a sense of ownership of the Farm. You will be engaging young people in a wide variety of nature-based activities in animal care, bush craft, gardening and forest school, along with conservation tasks across our 37 acres of wildflower meadows and woodland. The post holder will also be responsible for building relationships with local schools, and delivering accredited training to young people not in education or employment. Hours: 24 hours per week, including Saturdays
