Job description: Wildflowers Kindergarten in mid-Hampshire needs an educator with early years or primary teaching qualification, who understands the value of play in nature and would like to work in a small setting with high standards and an inspiring vision for education. Wildflowers provide a unique learning environment for children aged 3 to 6 years, as well as the adults supporting them. We are based in a barn and have access to around 25 places in a parkland and nearby woods where the group spends each morning. The person we are looking for needs to be resilient to work outdoors in all weathers, be able to perform practical tasks efficiently and implement a curriculum creatively.
