FSA Members. Have you received the latest FSA newsletter (Autumn) and the annual report? At the conference this weekend, Jon Cree asked if anyone had not received an email with links to these documents. 25 hands went up. The email was sent on Tuesday last week (23rd September). Our records show that only 50% of the emails sent have been opened and only about 15% of members have clicked through the links to the newsletter and report. May I ask you to check that you have received this email (including in the junk/spam box – please confirm that it is NOT spam).
