Voting process
- Each voting member has a maximum of 5 votes that can be cast. A candidate can only be voted for ONCE by a member.
- In order to be elected as a Director – candidates require at least 50% of the vote. In other words, all directors must be acceptable to the majority of members. In the unlikely event of director positions not being filled then the board is prepared to function at a reduced capacity until the next election.
- Voting opens to membership 25th September
- FSA members will have the opportunity to ask questions of candidates within the comments section of their profile. Darren Lewis’s profile needs re-formatting to allow this.
- Voting ends Midnight 25th October
- Votes will be announced on or before 30th October
