Job description: Tree House Learning is a small, not for profit, Forest School based in Richmond upon Thames. Our organisation is in need of a motivated, passionate Forest School assistant to join our team. The position is part time with a minimum commitment of 2 hours per week. The position requires part time availability year round and the successful candidate will be needed during term time and the school holidays.
Person specification: The successful applicant will be motivated, a great communicator, warm and energetic. They will have experience working with children and the desire to learn about the Forest School ethos. They will have a clear, current CRB/DBS check and experience with children. They should be enthusiastic and happy to work outside in all types of weather. They should be comfortable working with children with special needs. The job is part time and can be as little as two hours per week (term time) and as much as 25 hours per week (school holidays) depending on the person\’s needs and availability.
