A great opportunity has arisen to work at an exciting nursery taking a unique approach to early years education. We are passionate about early childhood and providing high quality care and education to children from the ages of 2 to 5 years old. This is a truly unique opportunity for an experienced Forest School Leader to become part of our unique Forest Preschool.
Person specification:
- A love working with children.
- Genuine interest in Forest schooling and the Early Years framework
- You’re a team player
- You have excellent communication skills
- You understand the value of community and family, particularly when it comes to inspiring children
- You love the outdoors!
- You believe in our approach and ethos in early years education and take pride in being a part of this unique and wonderful nursery.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Forest School Association qualification (Level 3)
- Min Level 3 Childcare Qualification
- Min 2 years experience working with children under 5
- Outdoors experience.
Any other information: You must be familiar with the early years framework child development goals and be willing to incorporate the forest elements within this framework.
