Job description: Early Years Educator required for September 2014. The post is in a large early years centre catering for children and families from 0-5 yrs. Duties to include setting up, supporting and developing high quality learning experiences through a play based curriculum. Early Years Educators work as key workers responsible for recording children\’s achievements in profiles. The nursery has a very large outdoor space that is available to the children all day. Forest School is part of the curriculum and successful applicants need to enjoy providing learning opportunities outside in all weathers.
Person specification : Trained, enthusiastic, enjoy outdoor learning, hard working, interested in children’s learning, eager to work in an environment that is play based but focused on learning.
